Everest’s Greatest Mystery

In 2019, the Discovery Channel chose Adrian to both provide expedition logistics (through Alpenglow Expeditions), and play on-screen talent, as a team of internationally recognized alpinists attempted to solve one of exploration’s great mysteries - was Mt Everest summited 30 years earlier than currently believed, by Mallory and Irvine in 1924? The expedition, on Everest’s North Side in Tibet, required complicated film logistics, a strong functioning team, and brutal hard work above 28,000 feet in the world’s harshest filming environment. Ultimately, two feature documentaries were created from the team’s expedition - Everest’s Greatest Mystery and To Live or Die on Everest.
